She made everything go much smoother, even though we ran into several surprises from issues found during the inspection to unexpectedly having to deal with a relocation company (which was also a surprise to the listing agent!). She represented us and our interests through the inspections and facilitated additional inspections with the listing company as well as helping to maximize seller's cash at closing to help pay for known repairs.
We are so grateful to have her and the personal touch she provided throughout the whole process, the thoughtful thank you gift she left for us in the house when we finally moved in, and even checking in with us afterward. We will continue to recommend her to anyone who needs an agent!
